Hi, I would like to ask you guys for Soul Eater PVE Skill Build. I already browse through the internet and unfortunately, I can't find an updated/recent skill build for SE.

This is mine. Useful for both PVE and PVP. I think I got all the essential SE skills for PVE covered in this skill build plus I also got other utility skills in DS skill tree which are useful in PVP (I occasionally use my SE in PVP when I'm bored with PVE). From among all the skills in DS skill tree, I chose to max Chain Claw as this is the one that you will mostly use from the DS skill tree. You will want to use this skill to cancel Soul Gate's animation.

I just put Soul Wind at Lvl. 6 for CMIII because the damage increment per level almost negligible.
