combined skill for flurry

hi guys
theres a skill which + 2% damage and -10% cd for ulti in combined skill
which should i use , im a flurry tho

+2% Damage. Flurry is one of those classes who is not ulti-dependent. And as I can see Flurry only use their ulti to dodge long mechs or when they need to proc 'Vulnerable' in a dire situation. The damage increment is more useful as it affects all your skills and Flurry is an extremely spammy class.
