Elestra's Ice Barrier bug

Did anyone has bugs on elestra's ice barrier. Sometimes when i cast it, it did show the animation but there is no effects. This happens frequently to me especially when i cleared a dungeon, and re-enter a dungeon when the ice barrier is on cd. After the cd is up, the above situation occurs. :*(

That bug has been around since a long time ago. Same goes for Glacial Field, upon casting and seeing the visual effects coming out, no damage or ctc ice sphere occurs. LIkewise with Ice Barrier, animation played but no effects

Lately i noticed icy cyclones have the same problem too. Especially in CBN, did you notice that in yr gameplay?

Not as much as ice barrier/glacial field. Didnt really notice
