DA skill build best for PVE this 2019?

Hi Guys just wanted to ask my fellow DA's out there whats your best skill build best for PVE ,especially In Power Accelerator should i go for increased Fire Attribute attack 15% or FD increase 10%, for better DPS? Thank you all for your time in reading.

for end game gear i think its better to get 10% fd since our buff gives 45% elem attk aldy
