Rotation is quite complicated and It is more so skill priority after your opening rotation, so I will either upload a video or find one to link you ( Mention me if i forget, its 3:00 AM and I may pass out and forget in the morning )

Sorry for a late reply, barbarians use bear jades and stack physical damage! Stack as much health as you need to feel safe then use critical gems
