Your Skill Build seems to have some issues as compared to some Gladiator skill builds I've seen (as well with mine)
1. Dash Kick at Level 1: As per CM2's effects, when [Dash Kick] hits, the cooldown of [Line Drive Instant] is recovered by 27 seconds (or properly said resetted). Dash Kick when reduces its CD by 1 for every level gain. Dash Kick at 20 seconds does not warrant you to reset Line Drive Instant's CD thus reducing your DPS considerably in the long run.
2. Circle Break not attained: This is mainly attributed to Circle Break Level 6. CB 6 is one of Gladiators' survivability skill. CB at Level 6 has a 0.3 second i-frame, considerable airtime and displacement (meaning you can move away from the cast point). This is by far one of the most useful i-frame skill of a Gladiator with a 10-second cooldown and generous utility. Although not useful for damage, most Glad players would recommend getting CB6 for the utility specially due to some of Glad's skill stiffness.
3. Hacking Stance at max: Yes, Hacking Stance is one of Glad's main skills. But due to Glad's fast paced gameplay, Hacking Stance is not in anyway recommended to cast. Hacking Stance has a very long cast time (to make use for its full DPS potential). Glad is now designed for a fast paced gameplay, and Hacking Stance does not fit in that gameplay design. Gladiators only have a few main skills with considerable DPS namely Front Shove, Parrying Stance, Line Drive, Finish Attack and Hyper Drive. Leave Hacking Stance at Level 1 for pre-requisite purposes.
4. Moonlight Splitter at Level 1: Please don't get this skill. Moonlight Splitter has horrible damage even at max level for Gladiators. Some would get it but only due to wanting to get Cyclone Slash. Do not invest SP in this skill.
