Q on rufus

does rufus items and also devotion work in comp on?

cause i think they would only work in comp off and ladder

but is what my friend said, and also another guildmate.

Stat changing gear does not work in comp on. Comp on will equalize all stats for your class, regardless of weapons or the likes. Rufus and devotion are for ladder mostly.

+1 skill accessories do work in comp on PvP. Skill enhancement plates (50% Action speed, 20% damage etc) also work in comp on, the +1 Cash shop plate and the +1 weapon gear also work. The key difference between rufus gear and those items are the preceding items all change your skill level or skill ability, not your stats. Items that change your skill build will remain and work in PvP whereas stat changing items do not (in comp on)
