Does outfits with additional PVP stats influence Comp O battles?

I just bought the full set of the low-lvl version of it (white) sold from the Collosseum Guy for Medal.

If not, guess I'll sell it.

PvP stats only works in Ladder (not too sure about now) and Compensation Off....
Everyone in Comp On has fixed stats that ignores equipment stats.
