Ladder Lag especially if your opponent is above gold rank

Hey guys, just noticed something during ladder matches, almost everyone I fought who are gold and plat rank seems to be lagging? is there a trick to this, I wanna do the same thing -_-. Basically matches starts of normally, but once you get the advantage, they suddenly get laggy and fucks you up basically. Oh and yea, I guess this is me ranting as well - coz wow how do people climb rank at all

Edit: I usually play on weekends 12pm - 4pm, if it matters

its probably encountered some buggy pvp mechanic (cuz ders alot) or the unusual iframes when knocked down, these things often catch new people offguard. It might also be just some laggy player, cause tbh if ya laggy ur risking losing points than gaining cause it effs up ur iframes and cds. never faced a diamond/plat nearing 2k being laggy.
