Looking for Raiding teammates to do raid together
Hello, i'm currently looking to make permanent (or semi permanent) people to raid together with
the motivation behind this is basically how hard it is to enter public party right now in our current environment (ever seen LFP>HDPS?)
though it's fair to look for high end geared people to do high end raid, i just feel it's better for lower ended people (like me too),
to make a group too so we can learn Raids together and improve together so we can tackle higher ended raid with more organized party
Requirement :
1.) Be Mature, everyone makes mistake
2.) Chill person and friendly (we don't need more toxicity in this game)
3.) is motivated to improve
4.) English speaking preferably (this is english based game after all)
5.) can work with team
6.) Decently Geared (i think with cap 95 the lower cap of gear is now in better spot)
7.) Have Discord to communicate with (This will be our main form of communication, though i'm open for other suggestion)

1.) Nickname (What you want to be called)
2.) IGN (Your main)
3.) Expected Role (What role you can fill or enjoy playing)
