I can attest. Deleted my level 5 mermaid spirit and replaced it with a level 0 without proper compensation.

People who bought boxed Jessy thru TH got their spirit deleted and also did not get their gold back.

yes, for me too, and many of my friends that buy many boxed Jessy spirits of TH, and even after we growth these, for all of us, all spirits deleted and also did not get any gold back.
ED is Bigggg Scammer really.
