Scammer Help please User: Timon2001/Osana1979 please help me ban him

He ask me to trade crystal point 10k i gift it to him and he say he would trade 13kg. Instead he went offline immediately. GM please ban his account. Check his gift histroy i have gift it to a user Timon2001. Please help to ban this kind of player. I am a big fan of DN sea please do something or you would lose a customer like me that spent cash on your games. If u ban him please inform me.
