May have found something illegal in action

I've accidentally dropped into a hollow house in Saint Haven, and I came across these stacks of Vandars (probably more than 20 of them) opening item and disappearing. They had similar random names. 100% sure they are bots and doing something totally illegal. Please investigate.

They probably hide in this area as it is unaccessible unless you got bugged out and somehow dropped into this house accidentally.

They are in Channel 3 Saint Haven. To name a few of their character names in the stack :

mJyuban

Even from their naming you already can tell they are abusing something and are clearly bots. GM do contact me and I can let you know how to enter this hollow house area and you can see it for yourself.
