Why my old minions looks like a new one?

Hello..
Yesterday I login DN and chose my character to receive Returned Hero reward.
But after i checked my minions, all of them "reset". Their level and exp should be at max but it become 0 and their name also reset into "no name".
Minions in my other chars (same account) are fine. Only minions in my RH char.

I tried post a ticket through this : https://sea.dragonnest.com/Support/Request
But the answer always : https://sea.dragonnest.com/Error/Error -> Page Request Timeout

What to do?
Please help..

Clear cache and cookies and try again.

It may be just a visual bug, sometimes pets also don't show as being awoken from hibernation until you relog and things like that.
