Oracle reward box gone after 1 day took from mail

As title... second day and i open my character inventory, the reward box [Oracle Elder Begins] are gone.. I checked inventory,cash inventory,Npc Repurchase,storage,cash storage,server storage... i cant find it..... Please help...

I already did send support but still dint get reply yet.. im so worry if i leveling until 95lv... if they dont gv me back the reward...... it will be wasted

DominoLeow I'm sure they can give you back your box, and they are your best bet because I can only do forum moderation.

Unfortunately that's something for the customer support to deal with. Is it still unanswered? Have you checked both the Cherry Messenger and your email?
