Lost characters in transfer account

Good afternoon, I have a serious problem. I recently downloaded the DragoNest and transferred my CherryCredits account to Eyedentity, All normal all right, when I enter the game I see that I no longer have my characters, apparently it is as if most were deleted, I had an Assassin, Warrior, Inquisitor, Alchemist , Arquera. Most at levels of 50 to 80 approximately. But it seems that they are not there anymore and I do not know if they were lost for making the account transfer, I would like to know if there is any way to recover my characters, also my characters appear in the list of the Guild I made and in the friends list.

Create a ticket or 1:1 inquiry for it.
Although it would be much faster if you just create a character from the start again as there would be 300% exp on 31st of December.
