"Verification Required" Banned

Hello, I do not know where to post this but...
I have been "temporarily" banned, for reasons seemingly unknown to me.
This message pops-up whenever I try to log in;

I've been a relatively good player, no cheating, no hacks, no trash talks, I mostly only play PVP with my ruina.
I already sent a ticket, but I got no response within the 2 days.

(side note, why is the email sent to me linked to cherry credits, didn't they already ended their contract?)
Is there a way to get my account back at all?
Or like, know how I even got banned in the first place?
Please, I really miss my characters.
