Lancea skill point bug

HI Everyone, I'm Nimfaireza, a fellow STING BREEZER.
First of all, I used to have +16 Hornet Touch
but where are those SKILL POINTS GO.
It feels like I'm cheated.




You guys gave us 2 x Free Unlimited Oblivion Contract to RESET OUR SKILL POINTS but I CANNOT USE THEM,
I CANNOT EVEN PRESS RIGHT CLICK ON TO THAT STUFF.

My Other Characters, Nimufereza & Mufasaresa (SB & Flurry), BOTH OF THEM CAN USE THAT FREE UNLIMITED OBLIVION CONTRACT, but my MAIN CHARACTER (SB) CAN'T USE IT.
This is really ANNOYING.

YOU CAN JUST GIVE ME BACK THOSE SKILL POINTS OR JUST FULLY RESET MY SKILL POINTS W/OUT GIVING ME THOSE UNLIMITED OBLIVION CONTRACT OR JUST FIX IT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. THIS BUG IS REALLY ANNOYING AT THIS MOMENT. (as a lancea user)

Lastly, I tried to send 1:1 inquiry but its almost a week after i send one. Nothing is fixed, at this moment I post this.

Pls fix this asap. Don't tell me you're actually gonna wait for the next patch to fix this. Why can't you do a force reset like what happened to the other classes during their awakening patches? Instead of giving such buggy and worthless oblivion scrolls

i can confirm, my lancea's not able to use any of the two oblivion contracts </3 please fix this

Your so-called-2-hours-urgent-maintenance did not fix this, only removed the quest, but awakened lanceas still out there and the bug still there.
Hornet touch became max level 12, cannot use skill reset. Ugh this is so annoying

OK. ALMOST 1 MONTH OF BUGGED LANCEA USERS.
What's the next move? Wait next patch date?

I saw some in-game bug reports here on forums and it was FIXED / replied by some moderators/admins/gm
but this CAN'T BE FIXED?
