All of my character has been experiencing bugs when entering portals. Help pls! I always got disconnected. Thanks

This has been a well-known issue among players, perhaps you should have checked earlier posts before you took the trouble into making a new one?

Some players have claimed that using VPN or changing ISP ought to solve the issue. However, if you still encounter this problem after the said solutions, your best bet is to wait until ED fix it.
