Can't finish quest

So i hit lvl 95 and i got stucked on Mercenary Casket quest. Can't click it, any help ? :S Or its bugged

Try to exit from the place and re-enter again (going back town and then enter again), if it does not solve the issue, try to abandon the quest and then retake the quest back again, and make sure you are not in a party when going to the area there

i am having trouble with my quest. every time i try to enter dungeon "Duel Sea Dragon Nest" the game crashed. now i'm stuck with my quest. please fix this as soon as possible. i just want to play. thank you.
