On 19/2/2018 around 1am( GMT +8), I mailed 6500g & 30+++ garnet from my 2nd character to my Main Character (FYI, both character are under same account). On the 2nd Character it shows "sent successfully" but once I login to my main, the mail isn't there. I checked in my 2nd character mail (send mail tab) arrow down of the recipient to check whether I keyed in wrong IGN but there wasn't the case as the recipient name was indeed my main character IGN. As I am confirmed I DID NOT mailed to the wrong person, WHERE'S MY MAIL?!
