Am i the only one experiencing rapid disconnection while entering portals and selecting characters? Would anyone here could help me

Game moderators where art thou? Still haven't fixed this issue or no replies? I think the problem here is the network we are connected to. I tried to use a different network connection, it works. BUT when i am connected to a mobile hotspot, disconnection on portals happens. Please resolve this issue. I am using my mobile hotspot because it is faster for me and i am the only one who can connect to it without any lags in the game so please resolve this ASAP.
