Uhm, from in-game experience? Like, for example... being a crus, getting this revamp but no reset skill (neither global or item)

In-game experience is not a reliable source of information tho, ED reserve the right to decide whether to give or not, which in this case no official notice had been released regarding this. From other threads, this most probably be a mistake patch like last Lancea bug awakening.
Also, your example is not understandable.

same , my skill has not been reset after the ninja update this march, and also my account has been inactive since i've been making it an RH .
