x15 Powerstone Bug

Hi there! I've participate the Tier Event by spending 100k EYET last, but when I received the rewards, I've received this bug items:
- 4x "Low Grade Hero’s Weapon Powerstone x15",
- 4x "Low Grade Hero’s Armor Powerstone x15",
- 2x "Mid Grade Hero’s Weapon Powerstone x15" and
- 2x "Mid Grade Hero’s Armor Powerstone x15".

Yes, I'm supposed to get 60 low grade weapon, 60 low grade armor, 30 mid grade weapon and 30 mid grade armor powerstones. I've tried to right click but failed. And yes, those stones does not counted with my existing powerstone during enhancement (as seen in the picture).

same problem here.
Bugged powerstones are not counted with the existing powerstones and cannot be used for enhancement.

Great, after today's patch, this issue still not fixed. Haha.

I've received mid grade powerstone on 15 Mar (30 weapons and armors) via special storage, thanks ED. Though, I didn't yet to receive the 60 low grade powerstones. Guess I'll send ticket again.
