As title mentions it, Tempest's ultimate, Divine Rage and its Instant counterpart, both have a tendency to get cancelled prematurely at the start when it is cast on an uneven surface.
It is most noticeable in Hero Battle Field's map where there are many rocks littered around and it tends to cancel Divine Rage quite often.
I suspect it is due to how the initial kicking part of the skill is actually "in the air" state but when it hits an elevated surface such as a rock, the skill thinks the character has already landed and thus ends the skill prematurely.
Divine Rage and Divine Rage Instant is one of the core skill rotations of a tempest and getting it cancelled due to a bad skill programming design will significantly hinder the rotations of a tempest.
