Actually i can see the box but its blank so i pick 1
and here i accidentally pick the wrong costume for my class

It's bugged with random stats (e.g you chose STR VIT option, but then it suddenly changed to AGI INT stat).

They are aware of this issue, so just wait patiently until they fix it.

Yeah me too picking wrong costume since n indication of what costume for each class and main weapon not fitted to most char like my sh got long bow instead of crossbow hope to fix and bugged converter

Yeah my fault but they don't indicate what class will equip that only the description like live,haughty,calm nabob then no indication what class I'm not a teller which is which for my class.. kinda think that most players suffer with this issue also due to the fact that cc before gave the items on specific class rather than giving all then choose for your class.. kinda think of how people react on that

almost all equippable items in the game has indicator as to what class they can be equipped on. those haughty, live, and other names has their respective class indicated in the description of that particular box

Dragon Nest is not the first MMO that shows item descriptions if you hover your mouse on those.
