Silver Hunter 2nd Specialization Bugs

I am already level 52 with Hunter Class which i want to do the 2nd specialization for changing into Silver Hunter, But the problem here when i take the quest from remote quest and proceed to talk to Master Archer Ithilien nothing show on the quest list as the image i attached
Can someone help me with this issue/bug?

BTW my main quest is on level 45 MQ.

Kindly uncheck "Hide Quest Marker" on Quest Tab.

It's not on the quest bar, but quest list when i speak to Ithilien

I have tried on level 60 but still nothing dude, is this bugs occurs after Brawler patch? hmmm i saw someone with similar case with me but still no answer.
Can't Eyedentity itself respond to this?? where can i contact them?
