I already have the quest on my remote quest and its already on my Middle right side area of my game but i can't proceed to any quest . help me out I'm level 60 already. Reffer on the photo please help me i want to make it Silver hunter already.

I've experienced that kind of thing many times, though not in specialization quest. Try to talk again to the npc in different positions, better if you turn off your mount first; if that doesn't' work, I suggest you cancel the quest and re-register it again.

I already tried that its really a bug all suggestion that you give is already tested but nothing works
