Design Synthesis Help pls T^T

Idk if this is a bug or not, but it involves the Magical Synthesis Device.

I bought Trendy White semi-rimmed glasses from the Cash shop. And i bought Blue Sorceress Musketeer Hat from the Trading house. I can put the Musket hat onto the Ability slot of the Design Synth device while the Trendy White semi-rimmed glasses cant be put on the Design slot of the Design Synthesis Device. Why is this? Can i still synth them? T^T

PS. I've tried 1:1 Inquire, after submitting, it said "Submission Failed: Contact administrator."

As far as I know not all costume can be synth.

OMG that's so sad T^T
I wish there was a list of synthesizable items or at least an indication that an item is not available for synthesis.
I wasted 6.4k EYET on that Trendy White semi-rimmed glasses thinking i can sytnh it.

doesnt really a waste if u planning to synth it with unique grade conversion costume in future
