Game disconnects after 3-5minutes.....

I was hoping to get back into DN SEA after a few months (maybe a year) of not playing only to find that I disconnect every 3-5 minutes.

NOTHING has changed on my PC since I last played.

I have already tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing xidn, defrag, etc, etc.

Can't send a ticket either?

Disconnect issues in DN are typically due to poor internet connectivity. Well even if your subscription is relatively good, say 8 MBPS, if there are others who share with your subscription, your DN connection might get affected especially if the one(s) whom you share with are downloading movies or watching Youtube or Netflix. Another thing you should make note of is your subscription's data cap is there is any. For such cases, once you hit the data cap, the bandwidth is lowered by the ISP ans only reset the following day.
