Fix Elestra's Multiple skills bug

From what i noticed, there are multiple skills (atleast) of elestra have bugs. Glacial field, ice barrier and icy cyclone. They all share the same problem which is no effect nor animation upon casting. Pls fix these bugs as they greatly decrease Elestra's dps which is already low in nests. Thank you.

For me, freezing field instant and frozen spikes often does not deal any damage. Also Glacial field does damage but Ice Sphere 3x stack does not activate sometimes
