Hello, I'll be filing a bug report about Ruina's Overcharge because a friend asked me to check on it, and decided to make a video to support this bug report when I found out.
Apparently, here's the problem with Overcharge as of now:
• Non-awakened Overcharge Lv2 works fine without the Overboost buff, after a short charging delay as usual.
• When the Overboost buff is applied, the Non-awakened Overcharge Lv2 won't work anymore and will cast Overcharge Lv1 instead.
• The Awakened version of the Overcharge Lv2 (the one where Ruina just stands in place) works if you press the [S] button, just like before.
The Non-awakened Overcharge Lv.2 would be useful to deal damage against mobile bosses while having the Overboost buff. The non-awakened version is also more preferred by some Ruina players in dealing dps. Hence, it will just be a plain skill if it's unable to use during the Overboost buff, so might as well ask the devs to fix the Overcharge and Overboost problem. Thanks~
