T pose at any town

Hey i just installed DN SEA after 1 year break and guess what my character just do T pose instead of walk or run animation but the bug only happen at the city and town and below what it look like -- character tail at THE FREAKING FLOOR fyi other than the t pose everything else worked fine
i already reinstall it before but still no luck if any solution can help please tell me

Did you run DN as admin?
If you did and it's still the same then I can't really be of help.

I remember reading a fix for this quite a long time ago, can't really recall where though, sorry about that.
If you have the time, try to google for it, I'm 100% sure I read it somewhere before but I just skim through since I never had that problem.
