Alteas gacha box

I was Opening some of the gacha boxes after 3-4 boxes i finally got lucky and get a epic necklace from alteas but then Iteam error pop up in screen i forgot to screen shot that but srsly i wasted my money every time when i get a epic iteam this error pop up pls help

What happened after that? the "Epic Necklace" disappeared after you log back in?
by the way, errors usually caused by corrupted Client file/game file.. try to re-install? if the error happen often (if only once or some times, its normal for all of us hahah)

i didnt get it after that error pop up :c buyed 30 boxes wasted money what a troll
