Returning Player Level Boost Bug

I just returned to my Warrior to play because of DA. Then the Level Boost did not apply to him and now all his quests are tagged to level 75, including Abyss Dungeon clearing for daily, etc. Boss Rush also has the level 75 bosses, which he cannot win as he takes too long to try break the bar.
