Blood and Tears Quest Bugs

So here I am farming Bulletin Board for BTS event and I encountered a couple of quest bugs.
One is in Riverworth Ruins and you need to enter realm of Shadows, checked no realm of shadows in River.
And another the kill the blue scaled lizard in Flooded Downstream Ruins and Quest don't succeed even if tried multiple times.

This is translation problem that had been slightly discussed previously. In short, Realm of Shadow = Shadow of Evil Spirits, and Downstream Ruins = Flooded Ruins.

When encountering this issue, one of the soft solution is to compare the name and the dungeon boss. For example: The quest requires you to go Downstream Ruins to kill Blue Scaled Lizard. Flood Downstream Ruins has the boss as the snake, while Flooded Ruins is the lizard. Hence, Flooded Ruins is the correct answer.

With the realm maybe yes, I'd try that.
But with FDR I already killed all and still the quest not completed.

Because as i mentioned, FDR is not the correct quest for this, rather it is Flooded Ruins.

flooded ruins? or River ruins. Lizard is the boss there.
