Can You Find Geraint’s Earring? Geraint’s Mission Box Event

I was doing Mission 4 completed but when collecting the box, STS party matching is ongoing. Before i am able to click to collect the box i already accepted the STS party. After the run, I am not able to collect anymore and said that is been collected and tried relog in. Mission 5 box and is not in my inventory as well. Anyone can direct me how to report the issue?

Not sure what happen but to report this, simply go to DNSEA main website, login into your account, and submit a 1:1 Inquire in the Support tab.
