can't enter main quest

whats the problem yesterday i couldn't deal damage or pickup items
and today i cant enter main quest it says i need to be in party and when i got a party it says i must be level 95
how a level 36 quest says i need to be level 95
and when i abandon the quest nothing happened
pls help
