Flurry error/bug (no damage)

sir, i have problem with my char, Flurry.
my nick name : Hazelle7
i cant hit anything, dungeons, nest, hero battlefield, etc.
i need ur help to fix this.

Did you clear dungeons less than 1 minute, if so you're identified as bot by the system. you have to post your IGN to the above your thread. no damage dealt thead. This clearing less than 1 minute has been known since ancient times why are many still ignorant about this.

I have the same problem am a newbie too. My character doesnt do damage to any monsters.
