Warping through Map screen (pressing M ingame) does not work

I have tried numerous times on different accounts and they no longer work but the NPC for warping still says its how to move fast. Also said NPC is not working properly I cant select Warp Gates talk (look at attached screenshot)

Had you tried, open the map [M] and click on the three warp NPC in front of East, West, and South gate? If not sure where is the warp NPC on the map, try check on the available warping NPC tab at the top right corner of the map.

Talking to warper NPC to warp had been discontinued for a long time already.

It seem that you are unaware of changes in Red Lotus patch in the another post. Map warping to every NPC had been removed, and currently you can only warp to three warp NPCs (in front of the three gates) and Central Observatory.

Just open Map (M), Then CLICK on the Warp Device Location on Map.
Also additional Warp location is click above GTS Gate on Map to teleport on to Observatory above GTS Statue.
