Missing T2 Calypse for Vena Plaga on RH Account

I created a Vena Plaga on a Returned Hero Account. I reached level 95, opened the T2 set reward box from RH. It was empty, basically a square window with an OK button. I waited for a few minutes, also tried relogging still no T2 set. It happened so fast and I was kind of unconsciously clicking so failed to grab a screenshot. Posted this because I'm wondering if it was disabled exclusively for VP and to inform others as well.

Opened the pouch, then the box on cash tab.

I don't know if it is what you're pertaining to since it mentioned newbie box and not RH box, but you might want to check this recent notice they posted on the website.
