I Need Help It Seems I Cant Open My Item Storm Of Time and Space

So i reached Recently Level 95 and i did both storm of time and space, Red lotus palace afterwards i waited for the first box 4 hours because i noticed afterwards and it seems the second box doesn't wanna open because it says 0/7 in storm of space and time.. any suggestions or idea how to obtain my item
