Swamp Lord Moskaram should not look like that and he is not moving or attacking or doing anything. Cannot kill him at 0% health.

Nice to see that they announced that they will try to fix it next maintenance.
Although i skipped that part of the main quest already and lost lots of gold and a title from skipping those quests.
