Saint Remake Skill Bug (PvP)

After the may update (Priest Remake) The holy bolt in PvP doesn't work (bind) anymore. It occurs always. My friends reported that it now only silences the enemy but they can move freely. My build is pure Saint all max on saint skill tree.

It's a Class Mastery III bug. Don't learn it and holy bolt should work as before
