I only Get 13 Newbie Ticket please help

Hello guys, I only got 13 newbie tickets and I had finished all the newbie quests.
- I already check my email I had 14 email tickets but only have 13 newbie tickets on my inventory

I also got the same problem, mine only got 8 out of 14 tix for newbie tickets and I cant do the next stage (novice) because I lack tix I already sent a report on that problem of that account I hope they address it soon.
