Inquisitor "Mind Breaker" Bug after Level 95 patch

As shown in the video, when Mind Breaker is done with Sliding Step/Dash, it turns into the non-ex version and is shown as "Class Mastery 3" in the DPS meter...

However, when using the other one (pressing hotkey) it uses the EX version. This affects a few of my Inquisitor friends including myself when dodging, forcing us to do a double mind breaker.

At the same time, it has no cooldown and occurs in both pvp and pve.

Up to this. I dont put Mind Breaker In skill slot and this bug is driving me crazy.

Least it's not that much of a game breaking bug since its a bug that leads to a disadvantage
