new achivement mission reward not working

the new achievement reward system is not working no rewards created two new characters no reward starting from level 10 what so ever i hope this will be fix on later maintenance

Have the same problem. I'm on 100% sure in missing rewards for new character (join Guild and get Master for 1st time). And have doubts about characters created before transfer and reached 95 lvl after recent patch. Are they supposed to get that scroll or this Mission is for new characters only? And then there goes question of missing rewards I mentioned 1st...

tried making new character using old class. but still same can't get the achievement reward.

Hello, they are most likely looking into it and unable to deliver any news for the time being!
The servers just went up and they are probably very busy with all the different bugs that managed to slip by as well! But if you give them some time they will likely be able to update with a reply on the situation and fix the bugs ( Possibly giving compensation if it takes too long )
