Hi, did you look in cash tab? The reward box is moved there from general tab after lvl 1 box is opened.

I did still no reward box. Im 100% sure I have 94 Reward Box b4

Well it looks to me, you might have deleted it by accident. Fret not, just send in a ticket so they can credit you back.
