pls help me i Cannot do any damages in PVP or PVE like monster, object and boss dungeon. i still try to relogin and im still no damage everytime entering dungeon, nest, hero battlefield and room in PVP.

This morning when im doing board anu arendel Goddes, i can hit all small monster till im going to boss and fall to boss place there i cant do any damage, but mosnter can, so annoying this ma main chara.
