I start off being able to damage, then halfway through a dungeon enemies stop moving and I cannot deal damage. I can still move and use hotkeys for menus/skills, etc, but cannot use mouse to close. Can you please look into this?

Dispenser and Slimes don't spawn either. Heals/Bubble also don't affect party members. Can't deal damage. Can't loot items or use food.

The game seems to run normal at first, but at some point I suddenly cannot hit the enemies nor loot. All enemies are also not moving. I thought it was my internet connection, but it seems fine. I also cannot exit the game so the only way to do it is to force close it via task manager and run the game again. I've been experiencing this issue for a few times already and it keeps happening everytime I've spent some time in the game.

Issue:Can't Deal damage nor loot

I can't deal damage and loot, It's been five days and the bug on my char is still there, I reported this multiple times already at DN SEA, and they replied said that my character is already okay. I checked my character yesterday and yet It's still bug. please do something about this five days is enough to fix this..
